- I cannot view any of the images or pictures on any of the pages?

    If you are viewing this CD on an Internet Browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer version     4.0 or better. You may not be able to view the webpages correctly. Go to here for more     information Microsoft Support

- I cannot access any of the website links/buttons (ex. Delphic Website, Chapa Website, Get Adobe Reader)?

    Most likely you are not connected to the internet. In order to view those three links/buttons and     their Website you must have a current working internet connection!

- Having problems viewing the Case files?

    If you are receiving a "cannot find" error you might not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is     required to view the Case Decisions. You can download this free application here.
    

- I would like to view two or more court cases in separate windows. How do I do that?

    You must right-click on the file you wish to open then click "Open Link in New Window." You may     do this for other Decision links as well.

- I cannot view my CD drive when I click on it.

    This action is prevented becuase of a feature call "autorun" which allows the CD to run once it is     inserted into the CD drive. You can view this drive by Right-Clicking on it. Then select "Explore".

- I would like to view the Court Decisions files in a directory format how do I do this?

    The easiest way to perform this action is to locate your "My Computer" icon or Windows Explorer     and go to your CD drive. Right click on that drive and then select "Explore". Then click on the     folder labeled "Sys" and then on the folder labeled "db". This will allow you to view the files in a     directory format.
