The Groves is located on approximately 2.91 acres of land on 555 Bedford Street in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.  The development was approved in accordance with M.G.L. 40B.  There will be a total of 24 two-bedroom townhouse duplex homes of which 6 of the homes will be designated as affordable.

Each affordable home will contain approximately 1,180 square feet with a full foundation, where site conditions allow.  There will be a farmer's porch leading to a vestibule entrance.  The first floor will have a kitchen with a dishwasher, hood and stove.  There will be a half bath off the kitchen.  The dining room will have sliding glass doors leading to a deck.
