Tiffany Hill condominiums are proposed as a 66 unit-condominium development permitted in accordance with M.G.L. c.40B. The site is located on the north side of Tiffany Road in the southern part of Norwell. The 8.2 acre site is bounded by Route 3 to the north; and by residential lots to the east and west. The topography ranges from an elevation of approximately 130 feet at the north corner of the site near Route 3 to 61 feet at the south of the site along Tiffany Road. Tiffany Roadway travels from River Street westerly to the Hanover town line, where the roadway becomes East Street. East Street provides direct access to Route 53.
