Berkley Meadows includes 20 units of which there are 4 single-family homes and 16 Condominium units permitted in accordance with M.G.L. c.40B. The condominium units will be in eight duplex buildings with access off Holloway Street. The four single-family homes will be accessed off of Macomber Street. The single-family lots will be serviced by wells and individual septic systems. The condominiums will be serviced by wells and common septic.
