The topography for the site is flat to moderately sloped with no major topographic features. The site is located approximately 2.5 + miles from Route 195-Reed Road interchange and approximately 2.0 miles from the Dartmouth Mall and the central commercial district for the Town. The University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth campus is located approximately 1 mile east of the site. The development will be serviced by private septic and individual wells. THE ESPLANADE Hudson, MA The Esplanade is located on Main Street in the community of Hudson which is located in the central region of eastern Massachusetts. The development is a revitalization of downtown. Hudson is bordered by Marlboro to the south, Sudbury to the east, Bolton to the North and Berlin to the west. Occupancy of the Esplanade is restricted to at least one resident being 55 years of age. The site consists of approximately 5 acres of land in an urban setting near the center of the town. Cobbler’s Knoll presented in unique challenge for both land owners and lawyers in coordinating terms and conditions for the assembly of 104 acres comprised of ten different parcels of land, a contractual feat that required 14 signatures. The community of Mendon is located in the Metro West area of Massachusetts, approximately five miles west of Route 495 at Exit 17, and is bordered by the towns of Milford and Bellingham.
