• From I-195 East or West toward NEW BEDFORD/CAPE COD
• Take Exit number 15 (Route 18) toward DOWNTOWN
• Route 18 (MA 18) South becomes JOHN F. KENNEDY MEMORIAL HIGHWAY
• At the end of Route 18 there will be a light go straight to the next set of lights take a RIGHT onto COVE ROAD (SUNNOCO STATION)
• At 3rd light bear RIGHT (car wash on right)
• Go to the first STOP SIGN (Cove Road & Bolton Street) Tree Land on your left Plaza on your right take RIGHT onto Bolton Street
• HOWLAND PLACE is on the RIGHT at 302 Bolton Street, New Bedford, MA
• Enter the building at canopy 304 Bolton Street (North Side) elevator lobby go to 3rd floor,

• Route 24 South to Exit 12 Route 140 South
• Route 140 South go to the end (Route 6) at the light continue straight behind the park to the next set of lights (Hawthorne & Bronwell Streets)
• Take a LEFT onto Hawthorn Street
• Turn RIGHT onto ROCKDALE AVENUE (next light)
• Stay on Rockdale Avenue go through 2 sets of lights
• At the four-way STOP SIGN turn LEFT unto BOLTON STREET (Tree Land on the right, Seabra Plaza on the left)
